Terms of Service

Your booking covers everything needed for a seamless adventure: park entrance fees, jeep rental, expert guide services, meals and refreshments. Gratuities for your guide and driver are not included and are warmly appreciated at your discretion (after the tour, in cash).

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For Group Safaris, payment is accepted in cash (USD or LKR) on the morning of departure. Private Safaris require a 35% deposit to secure the booking. Inside-Park Stays require a 35% deposit to secure the booking. We accept cash (USD/LKR), credit card, and bank transfer. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee.

Shared & Private Tours: Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the tour are non-refundable.

Inside Park Stays: Due to the exclusive nature of our inside park stays, cancellations made 9 weeks or more prior to the scheduled tour date are fully refundable. If the booking is paid in full, cancellations made less than 9 weeks but at least 5 days before the stay will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 5 days before the stay are non-refundable. Refunds exclude any applicable processing fees charged by PayPal or your bank.

Guests must follow the instructions of their naturalist and driver-guide at all times during the safari. Wildlife is unpredictable — Jungle Junction cannot guarantee sightings of specific animals.

Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, personal belongings, and compliance with Sri Lankan visa and entry requirements.

Alcohol is not permitted during game drives as per DWC regulations. Smoking is prohibited inside the park except in designated areas.

Jungle Junction Wilpattu Safari acts as a tour operator and booking agent. We are not liable for: (a) acts of nature, wildlife behaviour, or park closures; (b) loss, damage, or injury arising from guest negligence; (c) delays or changes caused by DWC or government authorities.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation before legal proceedings.
