Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 01

Jungle Check-in & Evening Drive

12PM arrival at the park gate. Enter Wilpattu and drive to your bungalow. A hot lunch awaits. 3PM: first game drive - an introductory circuit covering the lake systems near your bungalow. Return at sunset. Dinner on the veranda as the jungle comes alive at night.

Day 02

Full Day in the Wilderness

6AM: morning drive tracking fresh pugmarks. Your naturalist guides you to areas where leopards were heard calling overnight. 10AM: breakfast back at the bungalow. Midday rest. 3PM: afternoon drive exploring different zones - perhaps the remote western boundary or the deeper interior lakes. Return at sunset for dinner.

Day 03

Final Morning Track

6AM: final game drive - often the most productive as animals are most active. 10AM: breakfast. Check out and scenic drive back to the gate, arriving by 12PM.
