Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full amount per the booking process. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For group safaris, cash payment (USD or LKR) is accepted on the morning of departure. For private safaris, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. For inside-park stays, full payment must be made at the time of booking to process DWC permits.

We accept cash (USD/LKR), credit card, and bank transfer. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.

Group Safaris: Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

Private Safaris: Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before departure. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled date.

Inside-Park Stays: Free rescheduling up to 3 weeks before check-in. Within 3 weeks, DWC cancellation terms apply.

Guests must follow the instructions of their naturalist guide and driver throughout the safari. Wildlife is unpredictable — Jungle Junction cannot guarantee sightings of specific animals.

Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, personal luggage, and compliance with Sri Lankan visa and immigration requirements.

Alcohol is not permitted during game drives per DWC regulations. Smoking is prohibited within the park except in designated areas.

Jungle Junction Wilpattu Safari operates as a tour operator and booking agent. We are not liable for: (a) acts of nature, wildlife behavior, or park closures; (b) loss, damage, or injury due to guest negligence; (c) delays or changes by DWC or authorities.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any litigation.
