Gratuities for your guide and driver are not included and are warmly appreciated at your discretion (after the tour, in cash).

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

By completing your payment, you agree to the following cancellation terms based on your selected tour type:

Shared & Private Tours

Full Refund

Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date are fully refundable.

Non-Refundable

Cancellations made less than 5 days before the tour are non-refundable.

Inside Park Stays

Full Refund

Due to the exclusive nature of our inside park stays, cancellations made 9 weeks or more prior to the scheduled tour date are fully refundable.

50% Refund

If the booking is paid in full, cancellations made less than 9 weeks but at least 5 days before the stay will receive a 50% refund.

Non-Refundable

Cancellations made less than 5 days before the stay are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds exclude any applicable processing fees charged by PayPal or your bank. All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
